Safety Precautions

Before operating the machine, ensure you adhere to the following safety measures:

  2. Work Area Safety: Ensure the area around the machine is clear, well-ventilated, and free of any combustible materials.

Setup Process

1. Power On the Machine

  • Locate the main power switch and turn it on to initialize the CNC system and laser source.
  • Wait for the machine to go through its start-up sequence, which includes the CNC controller and laser components initializing.

2. Load the Material

  • Place the metal sheet or plate on the cutting bed.
  • Ensure the material is flat and properly aligned according to the X and Y axes of the cutting area.
  • Use clamps or fixtures (if available) to secure the material, preventing movement during cutting.
