Description

The double column vertical turning lathe can perform the following works, taper turning, drilling, reaming and facing with constant speed. The machine is a rigid construction 

The lathe is suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy and ceramic cutting tool, machining inner and outer cylindrical surface, inner and outer conical surface, groove and plane of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and some non-metallic parts. It can meet different quantity production requirements with high efficiency, stable and reliable precision.

Main Features:

  • This series of machine tools have two types, common economic and program-controlled. The program-controlled type's horizontal and vertical feed of beam adopted high precision ball screw and equipped with servo motor drive.
  • The main motor is a DC torque motor and two gear mechanical transmission (also 16 speed with AC motor)that have the basic conditions of CNC machine tools, and the users can be provide conditions to what CNC machine tools instead of .
  • The casting material adopted HT300 by the heat treatment, stable and reliable.
  • The upper of the guide rail has the guide plate with chromium , tungsten, manganese is durable.
  • The hydraulic oil of work table adopts the refrigerator to reduce the deformation of work table efficiency. ensure the machining accuracy of workpiece .The sliding and lubricating parts used the system of the timing and quantitative automatic lubrication.
