Optional casters and foot cups provide mobility, while precision guides and the Weinview NC system enable smooth, reliable performance with real-time control. The adjustable cylinder and high-precision positioning deliver accuracy down to 0.01mm, and optional temperature controllers allow for independent, precise temperature management.
Monitor stress levels with the optional load cell display, and achieve more accurate cylinder positioning with an optional digital scale. The H4H-100 runs at speeds up to 250MM/s and operates quietly at under 80 decibels. Choose carbon fiber or stainless steel heating tubes for even, efficient heating and long-term performance. Power On & Control
Turn on the power switch and ensure the touchscreen controller is connected and displaying the machine’s status.
Heating & Pressure Settings
Use the touchscreen to set the desired temperature and pressure. Select "Set Temperature" and "Set Pressure" and enter the values as needed.
Operation
Open the press by releasing any locking mechanisms and place the materials between the plates. Close the press using the touchscreen and monitor the temperature and pressure readings to stay within set parameters.
Timer & Pressing Process
Set the pressing time on the touchscreen. The press will heat and apply pressure; ensure no body parts or objects are near it during operation.
Cool Down & Open
Allow the press to cool before opening it. Wait for the indicator to signal it’s safe, then unlock and open the press. Use tools to remove the materials once safe to touch.
Shutdown & Maintenance
Turn off the press and follow the recommended shutdown steps. Clean the press and keep the touchscreen free of debris and moisture. Perform regular maintenance as guided by the manufacturer.
