Description

Our Radial Drill is an industrial machine designed for versatile hole drilling and tapping operations. Its quality construction ensures precision and durability, offering efficient and accurate drilling across various workpieces. The radial arm design allows flexible positioning of the drill head, enabling drilling at different angles and locations. With adjustable spindle speeds and feeds, it accommodates various materials and hole sizes. The machine's powerful motor and robust structure contribute to stable and high-performance drilling. Ideal for workshops and manufacturing, it enhances productivity by delivering consistent and reliable results in metalworking, construction, and other industries.

 Main Features:

  • The incorporation of a hydraulic pre-selected change speed mechanism reduces setup time.
  • The spindle's forward and reverse rotation, braking, speed changing, and neutral position are regulated with a hand lever, offering effortless use.
  • A hydraulic-driven rhombic block clamping system is incorporated into the spindle head, arm, inner and outer columns, ensuring secure attachment.
  • The upper guide way on the arm, circular surface of the outer column, spindle, and its sleeve's rotation path have been hardened, preserving the machine accuracy for a long time and extending its service life.
  • The Radial Drill is equipped with a complete safety device and outer column protective device for added security.

How to use a Radial Drill
    1. Set up the machine: Make sure the machine is securely bolted to the floor, and that the workpiece is clamped securely to the table. Ensure that the arm is in its starting position and the spindle is not rotating.
    2. Choose the correct drill bit: Select a drill bit with the correct diameter and type for the material you will be drilling.
    3. Adjust the arm position: Use the arm to position the drill bit over the starting point of the hole. Make sure the drill bit is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece.
    4. Adjust the speed: Set the speed control to the appropriate speed for the material you are drilling.
    5. Begin drilling: Turn on the spindle and start drilling. Keep a steady pressure on the arm, and make sure the drill bit remains perpendicular to the workpiece.
    6. Adjust the depth: If necessary, use the depth stop to control the depth of the hole.
    7. Finish the hole: Once the hole is drilled to the desired depth, turn off the spindle and retract the arm to its starting position.
    8. Repeat the process: Repeat the process for any additional holes that need to be drilled.

It is important to follow all safety precautions and manufacturer's recommendations when using a radial drilling machine. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, and making sure that the machine is properly maintained and lubricated.
