Delivery is 8 Weeks from Deposit
Preparation: Ensure that the work area is clear and that the metal structure is securely clamped in place. Make sure that the boring capacity of the machine is suitable for the size of the hole that you need to bore.
Setting up the machine: Attach the cutting head to the drive motor, ensuring that it is securely fastened. Adjust the frame of the machine to accommodate the size of the hole you want to bore.
Aligning the cutting head: Place the cutting head onto the surface of the metal structure, aligning it with the mark where the hole is to be bored.
Turning on the machine: Start the drive motor and allow it to reach full speed.
Boring the hole: Slowly lower the cutting head into the metal structure, applying a moderate amount of pressure to ensure that the hole is bored straight and to the correct depth.
Removing the cutting head: Once the hole has been bored, turn off the drive motor and remove the cutting head from the metal structure.
