Delivery 10-14 Weeks from Deposit
Install the machine: The decoiler needs to be securely mounted on a level surface, and the mandrel and spindle should be aligned properly.
Load the coil: Place the coil of metal material onto the mandrel and ensure that it is centered.
Adjust the tension: Set the tension of the decoiler to match the weight and thickness of the material being uncoiled. This will ensure that the material is uncoiled smoothly without any damage.
Activate the machine: Turn on the decoiler and adjust the speed as required. The metal material will start uncoiling from the coil.
Control the uncoiling: Use a straightening machine or any other suitable device to guide the metal material as it comes off the coil. This will ensure that the material remains straight and does not become tangled.
Stop the machine: When the coil is completely uncoiled, turn off the machine and remove the metal material from the mandrel.
Repeat the process: If there is more material to be uncoiled, load another coil onto the mandrel and repeat the process.
It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions for using the light-duty decoiler to ensure safe and effective operation. Also, always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses when operating the machine.
