The PRH4-Series Hydraulic 4-Roll Plate Roller with Pre-Bend combines cutting-edge engineering and four decades of experience in plate rolling machinery. This innovative system features a pre-bend function, enabling precise initial bends before the main rolling process. With this machine, fabricators can achieve smoother curves and more accurate bending, reducing material wastage and improving production efficiency.

This machine boasts a robust, high-torque design, powered by hydraulic cylinders for precise control of the bending process. The four-roller configuration ensures superior bending performance, and the pre-bend capability allows for exceptional results on a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.

The PRH4-Series is available in multiple variants to suit different production needs and capacities. How to Use

Preparation: Before using the machine, ensure that it is installed on a stable and secure surface. Check that all components are in good working condition, and clean the rollers to remove any debris.
Set Pre-Bend: Adjust the top and bottom rollers to create the desired pre-bend angle. This pre-bend ensures that the metal plate will form correctly when passing through the rollers.
