Standard PRH4-8x3000mm Hydraulic 4-Roll Plate roller with Double Initial Pinch (Pre-Bend): 

A hydraulic 4-roll plate roller with pre-bend is a machine tool used for bending and forming sheet metal. It uses four cylindrical rollers, which are powered by hydraulic motors, to bend and form the metal. The top roll is typically the operator's side and is used to adjust the bend angle while the bottom roll is typically the drive roll and is used to apply pressure to the metal. The machine typically features pre-bending capabilities, which allows the operator to make a small bend in the metal before the main bending operation. How to use a Hydraulic 4-Roll Plate roller with Pre-Bend

To use a hydraulic 4-roll plate roller with pre-bend, follow these general steps:

  1. Start by preparing the sheet metal that you want to bend. Make sure that it is clean, free of any debris, and properly aligned.
  2. Adjust the top roll to the desired pre-bend angle. This roll will be used to make a small bend in the metal before the main bending operation.
