Warranty Terms

STANDARD MACHINE TOOLS 24-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Warranty Coverage

STANDARD Machine Tools ("the Company") provides this 24-Month Limited Warranty ("Warranty") for all machine tools sold under its brand. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase by the original end-user ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Terms

During the Warranty Period, STANDARD Machine Tools will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part or component found to be defective in workmanship or material, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

3. Warranty Conditions

This Warranty applies only if:

• The machine tool has been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the Company's instructions and industry best practices.
• The defect is reported to the Company within the Warranty Period.
• The machine has not been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or lack of maintenance.
• The serial number or identification mark on the machine has not been altered, removed, or defaced.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of components such as belts, bearings, cutting tools, and consumables.
• Damage resulting from improper use, lack of lubrication, electrical supply issues, or exposure to corrosive environments.
• Failures caused by external influences, including but not limited to fire, floods, lightning, or other acts of nature.
• Labor, travel, or shipping costs related to warranty claims unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a Warranty claim, the customer must:

• Notify STANDARD Machine Tools in writing or via email with details of the defect, including machine model and serial number.
• Provide photographic or video evidence, if requested, to assist in diagnosing the issue.
• Allow the Company or its authorized service representatives reasonable access to inspect and evaluate the claim.

6. Remedies and Limitations

• The Company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective part at its sole discretion.
• Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
• The Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of production, or downtime costs.

7. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this Warranty shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware.
